La casa sencilla pero muy bien equipada, tiene lavadora, lavavajillas, tostadora, plancha, cafetera, barbacoa ( una grande y otra más pequeña), un cenador, piscina ( limpísima y además los dueños se encargan de limpiarla una vez x semana más o menos) . El jardín es espectacular con árboles y sombra, cuidado y muy agradable. Hemos disfrutado de la casa y del jardín que no tiene peligro ya q todo está vallado. Es perfecto para los perritos. No hay ruidos y es muy íntimo y acogedor. Está cerca de Churriana, que tiene varios supermercados y bares. Recomendable....
The owner Is an absolutely lovely man who will do what ever it takes to make your stay as best as possible. The villa is absolutely stunning and the owner has thought of everything you would need whilst staying there. The views are stunning the dogs are lovely I absolutely love this place and I can’t wait to come back. Amazing break & I can’t thank you enough
Un lugar maravillo, perfecto para desconectar. Unas vistas increíbles de Málaga. Cuidado,con menaje muy completo. El propietario José Carlos fue un anfitrión perfecto, le pone cariño al sitio y eso se nota. Volveremos sin duda.
Casa Rural Carpe Diem befindet sich auf einem Bergrücken oberhalb von Torremolinos in Churriana, einem Stadtteil von Malaga. Der Flughafen Malaga ist nur knapp 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Ebenso die Ruhe hier. Das Klima ist in den Sommermonaten aufgrund der hier oben fast ständig wehenden Winde noch gut erträglich, abends kann es auch schon mal etwas kühl sein. Der große Pool macht einen Strandbesuch (ca15 min Fahrt) fast unnötig. Der Verwalter spricht auch englisch und ist bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Der Pool wird 2x pro Woche gepflegt. Es gibt viele schattige Plätze in dem liebevoll gepflegten Garten mit seinen großen Olivenbäumen und eine wunderschöne schattige Terrasse. Wlan ist fast im ganzen Areal verfügbar. Casa Rural Carpe Diem ist empfehlenswert für Individualisten, Leute, die mal richtig abschalten wollen, sich gern auch mal selbst versorgen. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht, auch eine Waschmaschine. Zwei große Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (wenige Minuten), doch ebenso 2 Restaurants, "Los Pinos del Coto" und die Pizzeria "Bella Vista", auch einige kleine Lokale, u.a. eine Tapas-Bar kurz nach dam Kreisel gegenüber dem Camino de la Sierra. Casa Rural Carpe Diem ist ideal für 2 Personen, die auch mal mit einem etwas kleinerem Bett (ca. 1,4m breit) klar kommen. Ein Mietwagen ist aufgrund der bergigen Lage in jedem Fall mehr als empfehlenswert.
Hemos estado una semana y nos ha gustado mucho la experiencia. La casa es muy pequeña, cama de matrimonio pequeña y el plato de ducha es tan pequeño que se cabe a duras penas. Pero por otro lado el exterior es alucinante. Unas vistas increíbles, una piscina muy grande pero con agua muy fría . Carlos es un señor encantador, educado, atento, y muy simpático y amable. Sólo por la parte de fuera merece la pena instalarte allí. Una zona muy tranquila además.
Excelente situación si tu idea es conocer los diferentes destinos de la Costa del Sol. Las vistas a la Bahía de Málaga son espectaculares y la amabilidad de Carlos también. Si volvemos de vacaciones por esta zona no dudaremos en repetir en Carpe Diem.
